India to screen arrivals for monkeypox signs
Some samples of suspected cases have been directed to be sent to National Institute of Virology (NIV) in Pune, which is country’s apex virology laboratory under the Indian Council of medical Research, for testing against the viral disease.

Maharashtra reported 695 new Covid-19 cases and 12 deaths in the past 24 hours. With the new 695 cases, the total number of the caseload of the state rose to 66,42,372 including 6,534 active cases.
