Himachal assembly passes groundwater amendment Bill

Now, offenders will be imposed a fine of <span class='webrupee'>₹</span>10 lakh for each violation. The Bill was introduced in the assembly on Wednesday by deputy chief minister Mukesh Agnihotri.
