Singapore Airlines to put 3,194.5 crore for 25.1% of Air India-Vistara entity

Singapore Airlines will invest an additional ₹3,194.5 crore into the newly merged entity comprising of Vistara and the Tata-owned Air India for a 25.1% stake

Vistara’s final flight today as it merges with Air India
