Tibetan medicine gains acceptance in northern India

Traditional Tibetan system of medicine is fast gaining acceptance among the locals but also the foreign visitors for its herbal and holistic approach in treating illnesses. This system of medicine is believed to have started in 567 BC when Tibet was under the religious and cultural influence of the indigenous Bon traditions of the pre-Buddhist era.
