U.S Air Force probe quietly discovered ejection seat components may've been counterfeit. The probe found scratched & unevenly sanded electronics inside the ejection seat. The F-16 fighter's ejection seat shot 130FT into the air but failed to deploy parachute. U.S Air Force research lab called for a closer look to see if the pieces were fraudulent.
