‘Astrology behind delay in Telangana Cabinet formation?’: Modi mocks KCR

Continuing his campaign blitz, Prime Minister Narendra Modi fired salvos at Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao at an election rally in Mahabubnagar. Modi criticised the delay in formation of the state cabinet despite KCR's re-election in December 2018. Mocking the Chief Minister's alleged adherence to astrological predictions, Modi wondered if the same was the reason for the delay in swearing in of ministers.
