Smog envelops Delhi, air quality remains ‘severe’

Air quality took a major hit in Delhi. A thick blanket of smog engulfed city. Air quality remains under 'severe' category. Locals wore masks while exercising in park. In order to curb pollution, Delhi government has implemented the odd-even policy from November 4 to 15.
