TDP MP Sivaprasad’s unique protest for Andhra Pradesh

Telugu Desam Party MP, N Sivaprasad, has adopted a rather unique way to protest over the issue of special category status to Andhra Pradesh. He has been turning up at the Parliament in different get-ups and costumes to mark his protest against the Modi government.
