15-year-old performs caesarean

A couple in Tamil Nadu has been accused of allowing their 15-year-old son Dhileepan Raj to perform a caesarean section operation on a 20 -year-old woman in a bid to get his name into the Guinness Book of World Records as the youngest surgeon. Dhileepan's only qualification being that his parents are doctors who run a hospital at Manaparrai on the outskirts of Trichy.
