Anna brings video to start anti-Congress wave

Anna Hazare has brought out a video for Hisar voters asking them to vote against the candidates propped up by the Congress party. Anna has in fact positioned his pitch in such a way that people are now likely to see it as a battle between those who are for the Lokpal bill and those who support Congress as an anti-Lokpal bill party.
