BJP responsible for Kishtwar violence, tweets Digvijaya

Even as he created yet another controversy by Tweeting that BJP was responsible for the Kishtwar violence, Congress general secretary, Digvijaya Singh on Tuesday remained firm on his stand saying that BJP's entire ideology was based upon communalism.
