BRICS Summit: PM engages in diplomatic talks with Brazil, Russia

On the sidelines of the ongoing BRICS Summit in Durban, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh called on the Presidents of Brazil and Russia and engaged in diplomatic talks with them on Tuesday.
