Congress is in seat-sharing talks with TMC: Pranab

Finance minister Pranab Mukherjee said that Congress Party is in seat-sharing talks with ally, Trinamool Congress (TMC) for the upcoming civil polls in West Bengal. Elections for the 82 municipal bodies are likely to be held in the middle of 2010. Congress-TMC tied up in West Bengal for last year's general elections for Lok Sabha, and gave a blow to the ruling Communists in their bastion.
