Dasgupta blames centre’s policy for ponzi schemes' debacle

CPI MP Gurudas Dasgupta said there are lot of financial companies mushrooming in India and the Central government has not been able to regulate it resulting in a fiasco as happened in the Kolkata's Saradha Group.
