Defence ties to strengthen between India-US

India's defence ties with the United States are set to deepen, US officials said on Tuesday. Steven J. White, US deputy chief of mission, told this to reporters in Bangalore, on the sidelines of the Aero India show, billed as the Asia's largest air show. India- US defence ties are undergoing a tremendous change as the defence sector opens up further; following a landmark Indo-U.S. civilian nuclear deal signed last November.
