Delhi gangrape: home minister admits security lapse in Ram Singh's suicide

Home minister Sushil Kumar Shinde has admitted that the suicide of Delhi gangrape accused inside New Delhi's high security Tihar prison is a major security lapse and has ordered a probe on Monday.
