Don't want to comment on Time 'under performer' tag on PM: Ahluwalia

Deputy chairman of Planning Commission Montek Singh Ahluwalia chose to remain tight lipped when asked to comment on the 'under performer' tag by United States based Time Magazine on Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. Stating that he does not read foreign media much, Ahluwalia chose to carefully duck the volley of media questions.
