Eye witness at the Delhi HC

Eyewitnesses at the bomb blast site at the Delhi High Court recounts to HT the chaos at the site. The blast claimed the lives of at least 11 people with over 70 reported injured. The blast took place at 10:15am, and according to sources and a witness the source of the blast was a bomb in a suitcase.
