FIR should be lodged against Arvind Kejriwal: Haroon Yusuf

After Social activist Arvind Kejriwal's move of restoring electricity connections of a daily wager, who had not paid his electricity bill, Delhi's power minister Haroon Yusuf called for an FIR to be filed against Kejriwal for breaking the law.
