Former PM IK Gujral to be given state funeral today

Former prime minister Inder Kumar Gujral will be given a state funeral on Saturday at 3pm. Mourning his demise, Russian ambassador to India, Alexander M. Kadakin, said it was great loss not only for India and Russia but for the whole world.
