Girl torched by stalker dies in UP, CM promises action

A teenaged girl set on fire by a stalker in Uttar Pradesh succumbed to her injuries on Saturday, four days after being admitted to an Aligarh hospital with nearly 90% burns. Meanwhile, Uttar Pradesh CM Akhilesh Yadav, said that the government would punish the officials who are found guilty of failing in their duty in the case.
