Gujarat has more debt liability than any state: Digvijaya

Congress leader Digvijaya Singh on Friday lashed out at BJP's PM candidate Narendra Modi and his Gujarat development model. Saying that Gujarat has more debt liability than any other state in the nation, Singh said Modi will sink the nation as he did with Gujarat.
