Kalam should not contest for prez: Omar

Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah on Saturday said former President APJ Abdul Kalam should not contest the Presidential poll as election of Pranab Mukherjee was almost certain. Omar also said that TMC Chief Mamata Bannerjee should support the nominee proposed by the UPA with regard to the presidential polls and honour the alliance.
