Kolkata fire: Victims suffocate to death, rescue work on

Atleast 40 people are dead in the fire. An FIR registered against the AMRI hospital. Lack of safety apparatus for emergency situations within the hospital is being criticised. It is believed that the basement that was to be used as a car park area was used as a storage facility for medical equipments
