Meet on Ganga: CMs differ on environment concerns

A meeting on Ganga chaired by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Tuesday saw differences being aired openly with some chief ministers. Uttarakhand chief minister Vijay Bahuguna said that the hydropower projects, which had already obtained clearance from the environment ministry and other technical clearance, should not be closed down.
