Mins should've resigned during budget session: CPI

While both the tainted top ministers of Congress, Pawan Kumar Bansal and Ashhwani Kumar have stepped down over corruption charges, CPI feels that the government should have taken the decision during the Budget Session to avoid constant disruptions by the Opposition.
