Modi blames Centre for the death of Sarabjit Singh

BJP's PM candidate Narendra Modi while addressing a rally at Jammu on Sunday targeted the central government by citing the examples of Sarabjit Singh and Chamel Singh who were killed in Pakistan jail. He asked which country can see its citizens getting killed, yet no action be taken?
