'Modi has blood on his hands': Rita Bahuguna Joshi

Congress leader Rita Bahuguna Joshi said that Modi has blood on hands and he failed to control the 2002 riots while reacting to TMC leader Derek O'Brien's remark wherein he called Narendra Modi 'Butcher of Gujarat'. Meanwhile, BJP leader Subramanian Swamy and CPI leader D Raja have condemned the remark and usage of such language.
