Modi lashes out at PM’s speech

Taking a dig at Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on the occasion of 65th Independence Day, Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi said that the central government had completely failed to undertake adequate steps to overcome prevailing drought conditions across the country.
