Narendra Modi can’t lead India effectively: NYT

Reacting on a report by the New York Times which says that BJP prime ministerial candidate Naendra Modi can't lead India effectively, the opposition JD (U) agreed with the same and the BJD leader Jay Panda asked the American daily to not speculate on matters of Indian politics.
