It is good news indeed for the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC), which can now boast of becoming the first ever Indian company to enter Fortune magazine's annual list of the World's Most Admired Companies. ONGC has been ranked ninth in the industry segment of "Mining and Crude Oil Production". The Fortune magazine, in association with the world-renowned Hay Group, conducted the survey.
