Political parties begin blame game on 1989 Bhagalpur riots

Political parties are using the infamous Bhagalpur riots in Bihar, which killed over 1,000 in 1989 to up the political temperature. While the Congress party accused former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad of protecting the main conspirators of the riots, Lalu blamed the BJP for the incident.
