Political parties gear up for provincial elections

India's main opposition Hindu nationalists and the ruling Congress stuck to their known stands as campaign for the ensuing state elections picked up on Thursday. The Bharatiya Janata Party or BJP took to vote for change as their election plank while the Congress tried to parade its success in bringing about development as they launched their campaigns.
