Pravasi Bharatiya Divas kicks off in Kochi

The three-day Pravasi Bhartiya Divas kicked off in Kochi on Monday with Kerala chief minister, Oommen Chandy inaugurating the NRIs meet. Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh, will also arrive for a two-day visit to the state and would lay the foundation for the integrated expansion project of the Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) Kochi Refineries at Ambalamugal.
