Punjab, Haryana, HP lashed with heavy rains, army called

Army help was sought on Tuesday in Ambala and Kurukshetra districts of Haryana following heavy rains in the state and neighbouring Punjab, which have flooded vast tracts in rural areas, including agriculture fields. Consequently, many trains were cancelled and many more were stuck due to the water clogging at the Ambala City Railway Station, in Haryana.
