Remove procedural bottlenecks in RTI: PM

Indian Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh on Monday said that there is a need to remove the procedural bottlenecks in order to make the Indian public sector transparent as far as the Right to Information Act or RTI is concerned. Speaking at third Annual Convention of Information Commissioners in New Delhi, Singh said that people should be conscious of their collective responsibilities and National goals.
