Ruchika's family will move SC to reopen case

Pankaj Bhardwaj, counsel of Ruchika Girhotra, who committed suicide after being molested by former DGP SPS Rathore, said that Ruchika's family may petition the Supreme Court against Rathore, who was let off lightly by a lower court.
