Saran report never said China occupied Indian territory

Defence Minister AK Antony clarified in Parliament that the report filed by National Security Advisory Board chairman Shyam Saran talked about progress in various ongoing infra projects in Ladakh. He spoke in Lok Sabha as Opposition MPs claimed the report mentions Chinese infiltration in India and demanded the defence minister to speak on the issue.
