Satyapal Singh promises to keep Mumbai safe

The new commissioner of police Satyapal Singh congratulated former commissioner Arup Patnaik for his promotion and thanked the state government for believing in his abilities. He assured the people of Mumbai that he will do everything to keep the city safe.
