SP, BSP offer ray of hope for besieged UPA Govt

Even as the Congress-led UPA suffered a serious setback with its single-largest member after the Congress withdrawing its support from the alliance, over the Lanka issue, the Samajwadi Party and the Bahujan Samaj Party on Tuesday offered a ray of hope for the besieged government.
