UP: Cops drag woman’s body to hospital

In Kushinagar district in Uttar Pradesh, cops crossed all limitations of humanity. One of the cops in the district rather than taking a woman's body on a stretcher dragged her to the hospital, where her post-mortem was to be conducted.
