Virbhadra accuses Himachal CM of divisive tactics

Former Himachal Pradesh chief minister Virbhadra Singh lashed out at his rival and the incumbent Prem Kumar Dhumal, accusing him of indulging in divisive tactics by bifurcating the Central University in the state.
