‘Don’t forget 2004’: Sonia’s message for PM Modi as LS polls kick off
After filing her nomination from Raebareli in Uttar Pradesh, UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi trained her guns on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said that in 2004, even PM Vajpayee was considered ‘invincible’ but the Opposition won. Sonia was responding to a question on whether she considers Prime Minister Modi invincible. Prior to filing her nomination, Sonia Gandhi performed a havan at the residence of late Congress leader Gaya Prasad Shukla, a close aide of Indira Gandhi. Subsequently, she held a roadshow.
