With phase 3 of the ongoing Lok Sabha elections concluded, a majority of the constituencies in the country have gone to polls. Congress’ Muhammad Khan and Bharatiya Janata Party’s Swadesh Singh face off on whether the ‘Modi factor’ will play a crucial role in the polls. This phase also witnessed its fair share of controversies especially over reports of ‘malfunctioning’ Electronic Voting Machines.
