The Russian missile barrage has hit not only Zaporizhzhia but also Donetsk and Kherson. Putin has been in revenge mode ever since Russia's Bryansk was attacked on March 2. The Russian administration alleges that the attack in the Bryansk Region, which claimed two lives, was carried out by Ukrainian 'terrorists' using NATO weapons.
