Pakistan-based Khalistani radical suspected to be real plotter of Ludhiana blast

Exclusive: Intelligence sources say a Pak-based radical & pro-Khalistan terrorist in Germany played a key role in the Ludhiana court blast. Sources say Harvinder Sandhu, known as Rinda Sandhu acquired the Indian passport on a fake identity and is suspected to be in Pakistan. Sources say Rinda Sandhu has links with Lahore-based Babbar Khalsa International Chief Wadhawa Singh.
