Russian regions build anti-tank fortifications; Governors inspect defense lines

Russian officials say Belgorod & Kursk have been repeatedly shelled by Ukrainian Forces. The Ukrainians have been using artillery, mortars & drones to attack Belgorod & Kursk. Governors of two regions near Ukraine inspected the construction of defense lines. In recent weeks, Russia has accused Ukraine of increasing attacks on its territory. Moscow blamed Kyiv for strikes at 2 airfields, both 100s of kilometres away from border.
