CWG lives up to expectations

India had its biggest medal haul ever in the XIXth Commonwealth Games with 30 Gold medals and 69 total medals in that edition of the game. A 52 year record was broken first by Krishna Poonia who won Gold in Discus Throw and by the Indian team again in Women's 4x400m relay.
