Watch | Tennis superbrat Nick Kyrgios at it again!
Nick Kyrgios threw down his racket in amusement at the Hopman Cup on Tuesday (3rd January) after his opponent Adam Pavlasek hit three ‘let’ serves in a row. Nick Kyrgios has earned a reputation for on-court displays of frustration. But at the Hopman Cup in Perth, it was amusement, rather than annoyance, which promoted the Australian to drop his racket to the ground. The world number 13 was on the receiving end of a remarkable three consecutive ‘lets’, from Czech opponent Adam Pavlasek. Kyrgios dispatched Pavlasek’s fourth attempt at a second serve on route to a 7-5, 6-4 victory, giving Australia the early edge in their Group B tie against the Czech Republic. (Video courtesy: SNTV)
