An old proposal by France to broker peace between Israel and Hezbollah is back in the spotlight amid fears of an all-out war. Israel, France and the United States have reportedly agreed to work on Paris’ plan to defuse tensions after Hezbollah’s biggest attack on Tel Aviv.
